Charles Foster was born in Sherman, Texas in 1951 and grew up on a farm in North Central Texas. He met his wife Cindy while attending North Texas State University where they married, raised two amazing children and were married for 25 years before her death in 1997. Charles, a professional photographer for almost 40 years has captured the seasons of life for families around the world in the good times and in bad. After 25 years of marriage, he found himself in a season of life he had never dreamed. The reason the book is titled Surviving Spouse Club is because this club is one no one wants to join, but all may become a member. The Surviving Spouse Club Book is written to help others avoid the mistakes he made and to help others survive the loss of a spouse. The book is also an encouragement tool designed to give hope to those suffering loss. Charles believes there is hope after loss. Looking back, Charles explains how he navigated the pain of his loss and began to survive and even thrive in the future.
Charles did remarry in 2003 and he and his wife Pam work, worship and love living life together. They love helping others discover that life can continue, even after loss. There is hope for you as well.
Our prayer is that you will be blessed by reading "The Surviving Spouse Club" book and share it with those you love.
